Pickup in Cusco

  • 4:30-5:00 a.m. – Pickup from hotels and apartments in Cusco.
  • Travel south of Cusco for approximately 1.5 hours to reach a restaurant for breakfast.

Journey to Palcoyo

  • After breakfast, continue the journey to the Combapata valley.
  • Take the road leading to the Palcoyo Mountain Range.
  • Make a stop at the Colonial Bridge of Checacupe.
  • The total travel time will be approximately 2 hours from the breakfast stop.

Rainbow Mountain Hike

  • Begin a moderate 50-minute hike from the bus station to the mountain at 4,600 meters above sea level.
  • Enjoy stunning views of the beautiful chain of rainbow-colored mountains.
  • Explore the Stone Forest located along the same route (optional climb).
  • Take photos and enjoy the spectacular scenery.
  • Return to the bus station.

Return and Lunch
